Enrolment confirmation and your start date
You can receive care without waiting for your Sun Life welcome package by providing your CDCP member ID, coverage start date, and co-payment level at your first appointment, as your provider needs this info to verify your coverage. Appointments must be scheduled on or after your benefit effective date, which depends on your application submission and enrolment completion. Always ensure your CDCP coverage is active before seeking treatment and be aware of your co-payment level and any additional costs not covered by the plan.

The treatment guide.
- Brush your teeth. Remove the syringe’s cap and needle cap and twist in tightly the applicator tip.
